Welcome to Tranquility Monument Cleaning, LLC. By using our website, requesting information, submitting a form, scheduling service, or engaging our business, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Tranquility Monument Cleaning, LLC provides monument and headstone cleaning services. Our work is limited to cleaning and related surface care as agreed to in writing. We do not provide restoration, repair, engraving, or cemetery management services unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Client Authorization

By requesting service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize cleaning of the monument or headstone. If cemetery rules, family permissions, lot ownership rules, or other approvals are required, it is your responsibility to obtain them before service begins.

Cemetery Rules and Access

You are responsible for notifying us of any cemetery rules, restrictions, permits, access limitations, or special instructions that apply to the monument. We may delay, reschedule, or refuse service if cemetery conditions, weather, or access issues make the work unsafe or inappropriate.

Cleaning Standards

We use careful, preservation-minded cleaning methods intended to protect the stone. However, all monuments are different, and older stones may be fragile, stained, cracked, weathered, or unstable. We do not guarantee that a monument will be restored to a like-new appearance or that all stains, discoloration, or biological growth can be removed.

Pre-Existing Conditions

You understand that some monuments already have wear, damage, erosion, leaning, flaking, staining, or previous repairs. Cleaning may reveal existing conditions that were not visible before service. We are not responsible for damage, deterioration, or movement caused by pre-existing conditions.

Photos and Records

We may take photographs before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, and business records. If you do not want photos used publicly, you must notify us in writing before service begins.

Scheduling

Service dates are scheduled based on weather, cemetery access, and availability. Dates may need to be changed due to rain, frozen ground, cemetery activity, or other conditions beyond our control.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your service contract or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due as agreed between the parties. We may require a deposit or may charge for travel, special scheduling, or other agreed-upon costs.

Cancellations

If you cancel a scheduled service, you may remain responsible for any costs already incurred, including travel, planning, or preparation time. Completed services are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Warranty

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to achieve a specific appearance or result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tranquility Monument Cleaning, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, interfere with our business operations, or use our content without permission.
